The Conservative Party in Wyre Forest has a dynamic team that will fight the district council elections in 2003.

Aggborough & Spennells Ward

Douglas Godwin, is standing for the first time in Wyre Forest. He is an experienced district councillor on Malvern Hills DC. Douglas works for a local solicitors practice and lives in Kidderminster.

Areley Kings

Stourport-on-Severn Town Councillor Miss Maureen Mason is standing for the district elections. Miss Mason works for a large Carpet Manufacturing Company in Wyre Forest and will bring a great deal of business talent to the group.

Broadwaters

Local campaigner Mr Jim Musk is standing for the Conservative Party. Jim comes from a traditional Conservative background. He fully supports the County Council with its Educational review currently underway in Wyre Forest.

Cookley

Our Candidate in Cookley Ward is David Pittaway. This is David's first time in seeking election to office as a District Councillor. David runs a well known local family business established in the 1960s. He will make an excellent champion for the rural village on the District Council Group.

Franche

Local Franche campaigner Jeff Baker is standing in Franche Ward. Jeff lives right in the middle of the ward and knows all the issues that affect the local community.

Greenhill

Mr Geoff Bulmer is our candidate in Greenhill. Geoff has lived in the town all his life his family live in the greenhill ward.

Habberley & Blakebrook

Local resident Neil Anderson is standing for Habberley & Blakebrook. Neil lives and works locally and will bring a financial dimention on to the District Council group.

Lickhill

Stourport Town Councillor and former Town Mayor David Little is standing in Lickhill. David was a District Councillor in the late 80s & early 90s and will make a valuable contribution on the Council.

Mitton

Mike Freeman, who is a Stourport-on-Severn Town Councillor is standing for the group in Mitton. Mike is a local man who runs a garage in the heart of the ward.

Offmore

Margaret Gregory is seeking election for the Conservatives in Offmore Ward. Margaret is well known for her work on many charitable organisations in the town.

Oldington & Foley Park No 1

Sue Meeking is standing for the first time.

Oldington & Foley Park No 2

Bill Jones is seeking election to the District Council for the Conservative Party in Oldington & Foley Park

Sutton Park

James Dudley is our candidate for the Sutton Park ward. James lives right in the middle of the ward and as been working very hard for the past twelve months on community projects with other Conservative councillor`s.

Wolverley

Our Candidate in Wolverley is former district councillor of Wychavon Nigel Addison. Nigel has a wealth of local council knowledge and will be a valuable asset to the Conservative Group.
